I am a game designer who loves to make interesting games that capture the decisions made by historical commanders. I enjoy making games with innovative mechanics that make you think and have to allocate resources. I think my first published game War is our Homeland is a good example of that. I wanted to start thinking man games to bring together some of my friends that have awesome ideas about game design so that we could collaborate to make even better games.

I am a history enthusiast who loves to play and create wargames that put players in the shoes of their historical counterparts. My focus is on WWII, with multiple rulesets at different levels of command, but I am also passionate about other periods such as 19th century wars around the world and Ancients.

My game design philosophy is simple, fast, fun. As a busy professional and father of two, my game time is limited. I like games that I enjoy and feel are realistic, but are not too complex so I can bring in new gamers, and not too long so I can squeeze them in my schedule.

An avid history fan I want to ensure my game design capture the historical reality of the period. As a family man, my philosophy is to maximize what you can do in a small space and time. One only has so much room and availability for one’s hobbies.
